Morning and Lunch - Private wine tasting in Cisternino
Private visit to a family-owned winery in Itria Valley. You will enjoy a relaxing wine and food-tasting experience at this authentic winery. You will be invited to a guided tour of the vineyards and wine production area, have time to visit the museum of farming civilization, the wine cellars and finally their winery where you will enjoy a sumptuous wine tasting and food pairing of local delicacies.

Morning and Lunch - Visit to Masseria, olive oil tasting and lunch
Visit a Masseria with one of the oldest olive oil mills in Puglia. Located in the countryside near Ostuni and surrounded by the gorgeous landscapes of thousand-year-old olive trees, the Masseria is that corner of Puglia that you’ve always dreamed to experience. Visit Ostuni, the white city. Rich in history and breathtaking landscapes, Ostuni is one of the most fascinating villages in southern Italy. You will admire the valley below full of olive trees overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
Morning - Olive oil tasting in Cisternino
Visit an olive oil mill learning the secrets of olive harvest, olive pressing and olive oil production. The experience ends with olive oil tasting in a very authentic Pugliese environment.

CAR RENTAL T&C:
Unlimited Km, basic insurance only. A deposit of EUR will be charged at the counter from the car rental company and returned by the car rental company at the end of the rental period. Any fine taken during your rental will be charged to Zest travel which then will charge to the 1st driver registered in the contract between you and the car rental company at a processing cost of 120 EUR + fine value. WEATHER CONDITIONS & CANCELLATIONS OF ACTIVITIES DURING THE TRIP
In the unforeseen case that a service purchased from Zest travel cannot be deployed due to weather conditions or to impossibility from Zest travel's supplier/partner, Zest travel will inform the customer in a timely manner and suggest to the customer an alternative activity of equal or superior value that the customer can accept or decline at his own will. In case the customer declines the alternative activity, Zest travel will provide reimbursement on the customer's credit card (or through bank wire) at the end of the trip.
