Day 1 - ARRIVAL IN BARI, POLIGNANO AND MONOPOLI
Explore the city of Bari onboard of a rickshaw with a local tour guide and live a real Pugliese experience. Visit the most beautiful spots in the city and hear all the city's stories and secrets. Starting from Bari’s Old Town, the tour introduces you to standout sights such as the Basilica of St. Nicholas with its sacred crypt, The San Sabino Cathedral and the beautiful squares facing the Adriatic Sea. The group will be divided into 2 teams. 6 people will start with the rickshaw and 8 people will go in Bari shopping area. After two hours the teams will switch.

3:30 pm - 2 hours - Self-Guided tour of Polignano
Enjoy a visit of Polignano, an iconic town built directly on the cliffs, with this game provided by us, a treasure hunt discovering hidden spots and the history of Polignano a Mare
This old town is a typical Apulian gem replete with quaint narrow streets, pretty squares, and a picturesque harbor where you can take nice pictures.
Day 2 - ALBEROBELLO, MATERA AND CONVERSANO
Tour of Alberobello with a local guide: history information and trulli construction methods. Panoramic view, visit the trullo church, visit of a trullo house. The tour will be followed by lunch in a private garden owned by a local Alberobello family.
After lunch, transfer to Matera, the "Sassi" town
After breakfast, drive to Matera, the Sassi town, famous for movies like “The Passion of Christ” and the latest “James Bond No time to die”. The UNESCO World Heritage-listed rock city of Matera stretches over a steep cliff and exploring it on foot will be like going back in time.
Walk through the streets of the historic Sasso Caveoso neighbourhood to admire the main churches, rupestrian churches, public squares and snap photos of the famous cave houses and views of the surrounding valley.
Day 3 - OSTUNI, LECCE AND CISTERNINO
Visit a Masseria near Martina Franca where you will be given historical insights about the Masseria, dated back to the 14th Century, visit to the sacred Chapel with architectural explanation, visit to the old oven (still in production), visit to the cheesemaking farm with cheesemaking laboratory. Visit to the barns and overview on the vegetable garden. Final tasting of local products.
Day 4 - DEPARTURE FROM BARI
